November Day Camps

Service Description

No school November? No problem! Join us for fun-filled days featuring outdoor exploration, creative arts, new recipes and group games designed to keep your child engaged during the fall off days. We'll send your campers home with with stories to tell and excitement to share! Maximum 20 campers, grouped by age to guarantee your child personalized attention. Sign up for 1 day or all 4 days! There's always something new happening. Campers set the table, cook and serve breakfast every day! Base camp is 110 Cambridge Ave, Jersey City, NJ. Schedule: 8:30-9:30am- Reception, Breakfast provided. Let's whip up a quick bite! PLEASE inform staff of any allergies. Sample Breakfasts: Cereal, milk, egg sandwiches, pancakes, waffles, turkey sausage, banana bread, fresh fruit etc. 9:30-11:30am-Let's Explore! We grab our field guides head outdoors to one of the neighborhood parks- Riverview Park, Pershing Field or Washington Park. Here we engage in field games, identify local plants, birds, animals and their winter prep. 11:30am-12pm Lunch time and back to Base Camp. Please pack a lunch for your child. Lunch is not provided. 12:30pm-1pm Sensory Break. Long days can be hard. We will take the edge off with a low stimulation sensory activity to regroup before exploring some more. 1pm-3pm Lesson and Activity of the Day. 3pm- Dismissal Additional** 3pm- 5:00pm Freestyle. Campers choose from a variety of activities, sensory bins, puzzles, board games, Lego and crafts if added. 5pm-5:30pm Final Dismissal. Please arrive on time for pick up.
