Service Description

The ultimate half day camp designed to keep your child engaged and entertained all week long! Need a few uninterrupted hours to get some work done? Have your camper spend the morning and early afternoon with us at our Camp Experience. Sign up for 1 or 2 days or the entire week! There's something new happening every day. Campers set the table, cook and serve breakfast every day. Please pack a lunch for your child. Base camp is 110 Cambridge Ave, Jersey City, NJ. Schedule: 8:30-9:30am- Reception, Breakfast provided. Kids cook, set tables and serve breakfast. Please inform of any allergies. 9:30-11:30am-Activity of the day 11:30am-12pm Clean up, Free Play, Board Games, cards etc.. 12-1pm Campers have Packed Lunch and group games 1pm Dismiss Additional**1pm-2 pm Craft Project and audio story hour if added Monday Junior Architects: LEGO Mania Design it, Build it, Take it. Lets learn about impressive structures from around the world! We will see some examples of fantastic architecture, learn where they are located, learn the style in which they are made, gather inspiration and build a creation of our own. Campers will be given an allotment of LEGO and can take their creations home for display. Breakfast: Cereal or Pancakes w/Turkey sausages, Fresh Fruit and Hot chocolate or milk or Juice Tuesday Totally Tuesday Bakers! Pizza Edition We will make a yeast dough upon arrival and allow it to rise while we do a pizza related craft. Then, we will shape and bake our pizzas with assorted toppings. We will have our pizza creation for lunch. Breakfast: Cereal or Waffles, w/ scrambled eggs Fresh Fruit and Hot chocolate or milk or Juice Wednesday Craft it out! The art of plaster. We're going to mold some plaster sculptures, learn how it goes from liquid to solid, allow them to dry and paint them. Breakfast: Cereal or Egg sandwich, Fresh Fruit and Hot chocolate or milk or Juice Thursday Science Sleuths! Let's don our goggles and conduct some science experiments! What's oobleck? How do crystals form? Can you use science to make art? Breakfast: Cereal or scone, Fresh fruit and Hot chocolate or milk or Juice Friday Ready Super Racers Let's use hundreds of Magna Tiles to build individual race tracks and see whose car is the fastest. We will also use a stopwatch see how fast we can complete different tasks and obstacle courses! Breakfast: Cereal or cinnamon bun, Fresh Fruit and Hot chocolate or milk or Juice **Optional Additional Hour billed at $10 per day
