Service Description

Every day is The Best Day Ever at our camps! A new theme each week and different projects every day, offer your child opportunities to explore and create. We'll send your campers home with with stories to tell and excitement to share! Maximum 20 campers, grouped by age to guarantee your child personalized attention. Sign up for 1 or 2 days or the entire week! There's always something new happening. Campers set the table, cook and serve breakfast every day! Base camp is 110 Cambridge Ave, Jersey City, NJ. Schedule: 8:30-9:30am- Reception, Breakfast provided. Whip up a quick bite! PLEASE inform staff of any allergies. Sample Breakfasts: Cereal, milk, egg sandwiches, pancakes, waffles, turkey sausage, banana bread, fresh fruit etc. 9:30-11:30am-Let's Explore! We beat the heat and head outdoors to one of the neighborhood parks- Riverview Park, Pershing Field or Washington Park. Please pack swimwear/change of clothes for splash pads. 11:30am-12pm Lunch time and back to Base Camp. Please pack a lunch for your child. 12:30pm-2pm Activity of the Day: WK 1- Forests- Exploration and Preservation WK 2- Oceans- What lies in the Deep WK 3- Travel- People and Places Wk 4- Cooking- Global Cuisine 2pm- Dismissal Additional** 2pm- 3pm Freestyle. Campers choose from a variety of activities and crafts if added. 3pm Final Dismissal Field trips -example Newport Green, Pier A Hoboken, Liberty State Park etc... will depend on the weather and require signed permission slips PRIOR to trip day. Campers, counselors and chaperones will take the Light Rail to these locations. We will walk down Bowers and across Ogden to the Light Rail on the specified days.
